Shipping Policy

✔ Order Confirmation

After you place your order, our customer support team will contact you to confirm your shipping address and selected footwear size. We’ll make up to three call attempts, if we don’t receive a response, your order will be marked as cancelled.

Once your order is confirmed, it will usually be dispatched the next day. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that all orders depend on product availability. If an item is out of stock, we’ll inform you as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

📦 Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package until it arrives at your doorstep.

 

⏳ Shipping Times & Delays

  • Local orders are usually dispatched the next business day after confirmation.

  • Delivery time: 3–5 business days (within Pakistan).

  • While we aim to meet our estimated delivery times, external factors (e.g. customs clearance, weather, etc.) may cause delays. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

 

🌐 International Shipping

We offer international shipping to top-tier countries.

  • Advance payment is required for both the product and shipping.

  • Delivery may take 10–25 business days after order confirmation.

  • Shipping fee: PKR 10,000 per order.
