Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 10 days without giving any reason. The deadline for cancelling an Order is 10 days from the date of purchase.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • You provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Goods that deteriorate rapidly.

  • Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items.


Exchanges

Yes, customers can exchange a product for a new one. Please reach out to us via WhatsApp to initiate the exchange process.


Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Please send them to:
